Self Compassion: How to Define It and Use It in YOUR Daily Life!

Do you accept yourself as you are?  Do you tend to be harder on yourself than you are on others?

We need to accept and understand that some level of suffering is part of the human experience. What's most important is how we respond to it.

Research shows that self-compassion softens the overall impact that a negative life-event has on a person.  Fail a test?  Lose a friendship?  Lack of diligence to a diet?

There's a path of positivity for you to take!  Join me for an honest and productive session about Self-Compassion that can be applied by you, for you.  Let's chart a path that allows you to accept your "Imperfect Self."

This class is held inside the salt room where you have a chance to relax & unwind. Class is limited in size so register early!

$20 includes salt session during the class

The Salt Spot is hosting this event and our presenter is Liz Arndorfer with Pathways Wellness
