Relax & Rejuvenate: DIY Detox Soak

Detox Bath Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups Epsom salt
1 cup baking soda
1 cup hydrogen peroxide (3% solution)
Optional: 5-10 drops of essential oils (e.g., lavender or eucalyptus)
Instructions:
Prepare the Bath: Fill your bathtub with warm (not too hot) water to a comfortable level.
Add Ingredients: Dissolve the Epsom salt and baking soda into the water. Then pour in the hydrogen peroxide and stir the water to mix.
Optional Additions: Add a few drops of essential oils for an enhanced relaxing experience.
Soak: Relax in the bath for 20-30 minutes.
Hydrate: Drink water before and after your soak to stay hydrated.
Foot Soak Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Epsom salt
1/4 cup baking soda
1/4 cup hydrogen peroxide (3% solution)

Instructions:
